Small tabletop spin coater 'HO-TH-05'

The 『HO-TH-05』 is a dedicated tabletop system for spin coating small substrates in a laboratory, with spin process parameters being properly controlled. Due to its high speed and wide duration range, users can achieve the desired thickness or thinness of the film, and the spin head actuator is equipped with a high-precision DC servo motor, allowing for low maintenance and accurate control of rotational speed and acceleration.
